We took the Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training course in March and were reminded of how important an official, mobile wash station will be for us. Right now it’s easy enough for us to come in and use the kitchen sink for our hands, and egg production is still ramping up. So in the meantime - voila! An official stainless steel mobile wash station, with a wire drying basin for eggs and veggies. Now cleanliness can be next to every hose on the farm. And trust us… there are many.
