Tasty tiny dino feet for dogs.

Part of jumping straight into something new means learning tons of new things, some of which you’d never imagine scouring the internets to learn how to do. When we processed our first batch of heritage breed, pasture-raised chickens, we knew it made sense to save all the parts, even if we didn’t have a plan for them right away. After some research we discovered that chicken feet are great snacks for dogs, especially if dehydrated correctly. One commercial-grade dehydrator later, we had the gear. Add a few hours to master the art of removing the cuticle (hint - it has everything to do with water temperature) and we were the slowest producers of healthy dog snacks in Lewis County. Ola approves. Obie probably does too, but he ate his too quickly to write a review.
